Composer, Pianist and Organist, Nancy V. Noon, although a native of New Mexico, has performed, taught, and directed choral groups throughout much of the United States. While in North Dakota, Nancy performed in many community theaters, but in the 1970s she changed hats from actor and singer to that of Resident Musical Director for the Mouse River Players in Minot, North Dakota. While director there, she also established, and performed with, the Mouse River Singers, a small group that entertained their way around the state of North Dakota. Nancy also sang with the Williamette University Community Choir of Salem, Oregon, and for ten years performed and toured with the Minot Chamber Chorale of Minot, North Dakota. Since the 1960s, piano students in California, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Indiana have studied with Mrs. Noon in her private music studio.

Nancy began her Christian ministry at the young age of 12 when she first began playing for church services for the First Methodist Church in Capitan, New Mexico. Mrs. Noon has continued this ministry either as Choirmaster, Church Organist/Pianist, or Choir Member ever since. Today, she continues as organist/pianist at Old North United Methodist Church in Evansville, Indiana.  An alumnus of Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota, Mrs. Noon continues to mold young pianists from the Noon Studio of Music in Mt. Vernon, Indiana.
